 Margaret: Office Manager / Treatment CoordinatorOriginally from San Diego, I moved to Surprise, AZ with my husband in 2004. I have worked in both the medical and dental fields for numerous years in San Diego. I enjoy working in the Orthodontic field because it is a positive experience for patients, parents, and staff. I feel very fortunate to be working with Dr. Bailey during his initial opening of his new office and continuing in this practice growth. I have been with Bailey Orthodontics since our practice opened in February 2006. I will help you when you come into the office for your initial exam and will answer any questions you have regarding treatment, payment options and insurance benefits. I love working with Dr. Bailey and our staff because they are fun, upbeat and create a team-oriented atmosphere. I live in Surprise and I am happily married with 2 beautiful children. What I like most about working at Bailey Orthodontics is being involved in creating beautiful smiles that will last a lifetime. I have been with Bailey Orthodontics since March of 2006. I have been a stay at home mom for 9 years and although I loved being at home raising my kids, I missed doing what I love …creating beautiful smiles! So I returned to what I know and love… Orthodontics! I am also a huge sports fanatic, softball, baseball, football or basketball you name it, and I either watch it or play it. I have 12 years experience working in the Orthodontic field. I am also a reservist in the United States Navy, I travel the country working on our service members smiles. I love working in the orthodontic field and seeing the smiles on peoples faces when they achieve a beautiful smile. I have been with Bailey Orthodontics since June 2009.  Karen: Patient CoordinatorI am originally from Northwest Indiana and moved to Surprise in 2006. I have always had a passion for the dental field, and have been helping and educating patients in the fields of General dentistry, Oral Surgery and Orthodontics since 1986. I enjoy working in the Orthodontic field because I feel it is very rewarding seeing patients and their families reactions while achieving beautiful smiles. I am the luckiest person to be working with Dr Bailey and his amazing staff. They are the most caring and warm hearted group of people, and truly care about every single patient. I started working with Dr Bailey and his staff in August 2009 and feel like I am right at home. I am a huge Chicago sports fan and love going to Nascar races. I have 2 dogs, Maxine and Bentley and a parrot named Ollie. I look forward to getting to know each of you and helping with all your scheduling needs. While attending Willow Canyon High School where I take College Prep AP classes, I also participate in the Young Performers Academy at the Arizona Broadway Theater.
